For years companies have scaled back training in favor of videos, which are very cost-effective, but often leave out tons of information necessary to get the job done. The effect on the workforce has been very noticeable. Now we are in the middle of what is being called, “the Great American Resignation.” Workers are tired of being treated like the positions they fulfill by people who have never been trained how to properly lead a team.
Not to worry, I was trained by some very experienced managers who freely shared their knowledge with me. I am passing on this information to you. I had a great career as a frontline manager. You can too.
